Photos of Decembers Art & Craft Shows

This years booth design with a banner for the show. A fellow participant suggested I get one for the booth.  Using sewing skills I was able to figure out how to design and make one for the show.
And some sumptuous jewelry that was on display.

Seasons Greetings

Thanks to all that attended the last three arts & crafts shows I have been in! I had a marvelous time visiting with as many of you as I could get to. Sorry I was unable to talk to you all. I had wonderful heart warming responses from you all about the new work. It's wonderful getting so much positive feedback for the body of work I produced since last spring-summer's shows. After the Holidays I will be back to creating several new lines of work for the next shows in the May and July 2012.

We now are celebrating the Holiday season with a birthday, our anniversary, Christmas, New Years and then our birthdays! First off Steve and I will be spending time with his father who is celebrating his 90th birthday this coming week. John is proud to say he is "Fit as a Fiddle!" John serves food at the Senior Citizens Center in his community and we have designated ourselves the official presenters of the cake for 50+ people! I will save him blowing out 90 candles and hopefully find the numbers 9 & 0 candles for him to blow out.

I love to see movies over the Holidays and we started the season by viewing Sherlock Holmes last night which we both liked very much. We had a lovely Asian dinner buffet meal at the Mall. While sitting I saw a banner saying there was a MAC store in the Mall. Well Surprise, Surprise... We clearly don't get out much. When I was looking for a MAC store I could only find a listing for them in Tacoma and Oregon. So we strolled down the Mall and 30 minutes later I was the proud owner of an
IPad 2 which I have yet to figure out....but the nice young men in the store said I can come back and get brief tutorials as I need them. Yeah!

Posting this blog page so I can move on to figuring out how to upload pictures to it. Ha!Ha! It's only taking me months to do this and it is incredibly easy. It just takes some time to figure out the fonts for each section and the respective colors for lettering and background on the blog page. But Blogger provides you with the templates.
